Apple Pie Basque Cheesecake (shipping)

Ships frozen via FedEx Monday–Wednesday throughout New England and New York. Choose your ship date at checkout. The date you select is the day your cheesecake ships, not the delivery date. Orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping.

Flat-rate shipping is $24.95 per cake.

If your cheesecake arrives frozen, keep it frozen until you're ready to enjoy it, ideally by the recommended date shown on the packaging.

To serve, thaw in the refrigerator at 41°F or below for approximately 24 hours.

If it arrives partially or fully thawed, refrigerate it promptly. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Keep refrigerated. Best enjoyed within 4 days of thawing.

Orders can be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before your selected ship date for a full refund.

Changes or cancellations requested within 48 hours of shipment cannot be guaranteed.

Because our cheesecakes are perishable food products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us on the day of delivery with your order number and photos of the cheesecake and packaging. We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
